Job Description

Position Overview

As a Sr. Finance Analyst - Corporate Functions at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing financial analysis and support to the company’s corporate functions. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working on a hybrid schedule out of Charlotte, NC, your expertise in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and offering strategic insights will drive vital budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to optimize operational efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making within the corporate functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization within the corporate functions.
  • Provide financial support and guidance to ensure financial targets are met.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in supporting corporate functions or working in a corporate finance role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
