The GROW program is a leadership development program for newly graduated mechanical engineering students within the Performance and Essential Materials business segment. This 3–5 year rotational opportunity exposes you to roles in Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics while providing hands-on project work, leadership and technical training to solve real‐world problems.

Required Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Willingness to rotate to different US locations every 12–18 months for a total of 3–5 years
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Transportation Worker's Identification Card (TWIC)
- Strong team building, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
