Job Description

Position Overview

The ERP Analyst I supports KCCD’s enterprise resource planning systems and solutions. Under the direction of a supervisor, this role participates in planning, analysis, design, development, modification, and maintenance of ERP modules to improve business processes and technology integration. This position is part of the Information Technology Services department and is available for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes with assigned departments and implement technology solutions to automate workflows.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on ERP system functionality and assist users in applying system processes.
  • Oversee and participate in ERP project activities including planning, design, programming, and system modification.
  • Collaborate with departments to design and develop reports ensuring data accuracy and meeting business needs.
  • Establish and maintain project timelines and priorities while participating in system testing and upgrades.
  • Provide continuous technical support, assist with regulatory compliance activities, and keep current with emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 year of ERP system support, programming, or systems analysis experience; OR Associate's degree in Computer Science with 3 years experience; OR High school diploma/GED with 5 years experience in ERP system support.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, SQL and PL/SQL programming, advanced programming techniques, data warehouse concepts, reporting design, and relational database principles (Oracle experience required).
  • Ability to analyze data, develop SQL statements, troubleshoot issues, manage multiple project priorities, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
