You will be the central nervous system of our client's growth strategy, owning the entire digital customer journey from awareness to advocacy.

In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategy designed to drive significant B2B SaaS revenue growth, accelerate customer acquisition, and solidify the brand as an industry titan. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. You will also be a key partner to the CEO and CRO, shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy and ensuring marketing is a primary driver of predictable, scalable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with aggressive growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team across SEO, SEM, Content, and Marketing Operations.
  • Own and optimize the demand generation funnel through multi-channel campaigns to drive marketing qualified leads.
  • Spearhead organic growth via advanced SEO and content marketing strategies to boost brand thought leadership.
  • Oversee marketing operations and analytics, implementing a robust marketing technology stack and KPI-driven reporting.
  • Champion conversion rate optimization initiatives across digital properties and manage a multi-million dollar budget.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and revenue alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: 10-12 years of progressive digital marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Requirements: Proven success in scaling digital marketing strategies, managing significant budgets, and driving measurable ROI through data-driven decisions.
  • Qualifications: Deep, hands-on expertise with SEO/SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing marketing teams while maintaining a strategic, hands-on approach.
  • Location: Based in Austin, TX headquarters; candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a significant plus.
  • Additional certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo) are preferred.
