Position Overview

Care Options for Kids connects leading pediatric specialists with families to provide best-in-class pediatric nursing, therapy, and school-based services. We seamlessly integrate into children’s lives by bringing individualized care to where they live, work, and play. Our pediatric specialists are dedicated to high-quality care while achieving optimal work-life balance. We are seeking a proactive and critical-thinking Client Services Associate responsible for coordinating staffing operations, managing client scheduling, and serving as a liaison between clients and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client visits and maintain accurate scheduling records.
  • Communicate scheduling changes between the office and field staff promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and scheduled staff to relay changes and needs.
  • Deliver superior customer service to ensure quality home care services.
  • Manage the coordination of client services and address emergent scheduling issues.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payers, and community organizations.
  • Manage and proactively grow caseload based on strategic initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations to management for improved operations.
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with team members.
  • Handle on-call responsibilities after work hours as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 1 year of scheduling experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
