Position Overview

The Account Executive, Region Channel Sales is an industry expert in innovative sales strategies and is responsible for recruiting and collaborating with local channel partners to promote T‑Mobile products and services. Working closely with internal teams, this role drives strategic initiatives, enhances client relationships, and ensures effective sell‑with activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth targets by protecting existing business and identifying new opportunities and establishing joint targets with channel partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier channel partners, establishing T‑Mobile as a strategic partner through long‑term relationship development.
- Manage sales reporting, insights, and collaborate with internal operations on communication flows, programs, and team coordination.
- Deliver sales presentations and training to ensure partners are knowledgeable about T‑Mobile products and services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, challenges, and products while collaborating with leadership to strategize long‑term solutions.
- Drive on‑site customer meetings with partners, acting as a resource to boost sell‑through of T‑Mobile products and services.
Required Qualifications
- 4‑7 years of sales, strategic operations, or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization.
- 4‑7 years of experience selling into and/or through key industry channel partners.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in negotiation.
- Analytical capabilities with solid planning and decision‑making skills.
- Strong business acumen combined with strategic operational expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Bachelor's Degree.

- Compensation: Competitive base salary with a Total Target Cash Pay Range of $134,300 - $242,200 and a Base Pay Range of $94,010 - $169,540, inclusive of target incentives.
