Cyber Identity - SailPoint Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards; identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks along with opportunities for internal control improvement; and execute advanced services while supervising staff in delivering basic services.
• Install, integrate, deploy and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ or IDN.
• Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ or IDN components, connectors, workflows, and integration modules.
• Implement custom rules, scripts, and plugins to extend the functionality of SailPoint IdentityIQ as needed.
• Perform day-to-day operations of IAM processes in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IDN, including Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, and Application On-boarding.
• Communicate with clients and partners on both technical and functional aspects of the product and its implementation, including post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and project management.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 7+ years of experience in developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• 4+ years of technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management, and access governance software into client infrastructures and applications.
• 7+ years of experience with installation, integration, and deployment in SailPoint in a client environment.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average, based on client and industry requirements.
• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (Lifecycle Management and Provisioning).
• Experience with Single Sign-On and Advanced Authentication (Federation and Risk Based Authentication).
• Experience in Consumer Identity and Access Management and Privilege Access Management.
• Knowledge of Identity as a Service and cloud-related identity solutions.
• Understanding of Enterprise Directory Architecture and Virtual Directories.
• Experience with Identity & Access Governance including role-based access control, access requests, and certifications.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Unix, Linux, and Windows.
• 7+ years managing projects through the full system development lifecycle.
• 7+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
• Previous consulting or Big 4 experience is preferred.
• SailPoint Certifications or CISSP certification is a plus.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow is a plus.

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700-$229,500. Compensation decisions are based on skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational factors.
