Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 6-10 Sales Development Representatives.
  • Coach reps on strategy and technique.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are met.
  • Partner with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development.
  • Coordinate with Channel Account Managers to drive partner business.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR, sales team lead, or manager.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO.
  • Proven track record of leading a successful team.
  • Background in hiring and thriving in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • A fast learner who is motivated, driven, and passionate.

The base salary range for this position is$74,000 - $115,000 per yearwith eligibility for commissions, equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
