Position Overview

Notch Solutions is seeking a proven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Coral Springs, FL. As a web design and marketing agency specializing in eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Shift4Shop, and WordPress, we pride ourselves on our nimble and fast-paced work environment. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, self-sufficient, and ready to join a collaborative team of six individuals. In this position, you will be responsible for improving client organic search rankings on Google and Bing, creating and optimizing copy and landing pages to maximize exposure and conversions, performing ongoing keyword expansion, and managing all client reporting and analytics support for our SEO portfolio. You will also collaborate with the development team to ensure website usability, conduct competitive research, drive SEO initiatives in content creation and promotion, and track and analyze website analytics to maximize ROI. In addition, you will manage Google and Facebook advertising campaigns by writing ad copy, developing bid strategies, and executing both paid and unpaid social media ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Proficiency in Google tools such as Analytics, Search Console, AdWords, and Merchant Center is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve client organic search rankings for Google and Bing.
  • Create and/or optimize copy and landing pages for maximum exposure and conversions.
  • Perform ongoing keyword expansion, including identification and implementation of keyword opportunities.
  • Own all client reporting and analytics support for the SEO portfolio, including benchmarking and tracking reports on SEO positions, traffic, conversions, and other metrics.
  • Work with our development team to ensure website usability and mobility.
  • Utilize effective link building strategies.
  • Research and analyze the competition and competitor websites.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and promotion.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in organic campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO initiatives.
  • Manage Google & Facebook advertising campaigns, including writing ad copy and developing bid strategies.
  • Create and execute paid and unpaid social media ad campaigns via Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 Years SEO experience.
  • Google Ad certification preferred.
  • Facebook Ad experience certification preferred.
  • Strong project management and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools, monitoring and reporting programs such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.
  • Basic understanding/experience in HTML.
  • Analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of standard and current best practices.
  • Ability to learn our systems in a timely manner, including Basecamp, Hubspot, Bidsketch, and Slack.
