Labor & Delivery Unit - Registered Nurse - $2,124 per week

Position Overview

Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for an exciting travel nursing assignment. Trusted streamlines the travel nursing experience by enabling direct applications—eliminating recruiters and putting more money in your pocket. This role emphasizes exceptional patient care in the Labor & Delivery Unit with a shift from 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM on a 13‐week contract, working 3 shifts per week. Candidates must be flexible as the role may involve floating to additional units and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient care in a dynamic travel nursing setting.
• Float to additional units and locations as needed.
• Comply with specified shift requirements and scheduling protocols, including weekend and holiday guidelines.
• Submit all required certifications, pre-employment modules, and documentation promptly.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding vaccination, references, and identification.

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 months of role experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Minimum 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is required.
• Active Illinois license (required for submission).
• COVID vaccination required post-submission (no declinations accepted) and Flu vaccination required (religious and medical declinations accepted).
• 2 references are required and proof of identification is mandatory.
• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition (NRP), Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring (Intermediate AWHONN FHM), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (Advanced AWHONN FHM).
