Job Description
Position Overview
As the BrandProduct Marketing Manager – Health & Wellness, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for our U.S. healthcare portfolio. You will build awareness, equity, and trust around new-to-market wellness brands with a strong focus on consumer-centricity and digital-first execution. This position, with Compensation: $95K - $125K, owns the brand P&L and plays a central role in innovation, marketing communication, and performance tracking post-launch while ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the launch and commercialization of new products in the U.S. market, including positioning, messaging, and coordinating cross-functional execution with creative and media agencies for integrated campaigns.
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, define brand positioning, personality, and key messaging, and lead consumer segmentation and targeting initiatives.
- Consumer & Market Insights: Translate consumer research and cultural trends into actionable brand strategies while leveraging data to monitor brand health and category trends.
- Brand Performance & Optimization: Own the brand P&L, monitor performance metrics including revenue, margin, and ROI, and conduct post-launch analyses to optimize product positioning and growth.
- Innovation & Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to shape innovation pipelines, lead cross-functional teams for agile go-to-market execution, and ensure regulatory compliance in all consumer-facing content.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–10+ years of experience in product or brand marketing, ideally in health, wellness, or consumer healthcare.
- Proven track record in launching and scaling consumer products in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated experience in developing go-to-market strategies and managing product messaging across channels.
- Strong strategic thinking, product storytelling, and creative judgment.
- Analytical skills with extensive experience using data to inform messaging and positioning decisions.
- Ability to synthesize customer insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience managing external agencies and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and presentation skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited structure.
