Position Overview

Under Armour is on a mission to make you better. In the role of Team Sports Americas Sr Category Marketing Manager, you will lead category marketing strategy and execution for various sport-specific business units in the Americas. You will drive brand consideration, affinity, and sales by delivering consumer-focused activations while ensuring a consistent global-to-regional marketing message.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute category campaigns aligned with global strategy to drive Americas sales across multiple revenue channels (DTC, wholesale, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, visual, etc.) to create compelling storytelling for the brand.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Global category teams, ensuring unified and regionally relevant marketing materials.
  • Drive marketing strategy and oversee execution for Americas Team Sales Channel accounts, ensuring brand authenticity and growth.
  • Develop creative briefs and manage go-to-market timelines for seasonal campaigns and strategic activations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience in a fast-paced, product-oriented, consumer-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies tied to business plans.
  • Strong consumer orientation, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership capabilities.
