Join a collaborative operations team dedicated to keeping programs running smoothly and efficiently. The team drives consistency in day‑to‑day operations, supports resource coordination, and strengthens cross‑team partnerships to ensure projects move forward with clarity and momentum. As a Business Development Manager, you will be the central connection point between vendors and internal teams – building strong relationships, analyzing business needs, and supporting non‑IT projects that elevate organizational efficiency. You’ll help maintain and improve project management processes, including overseeing goals, timelines, metrics, and budgets to ensure projects stay aligned, resourced, and moving in the right direction.

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00/hr
Schedule: Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen communication channels across business units and ensure consistent, clear messaging between project teams and the organization.
- Manage and organize project documentation, including communications, data repositories, and business metrics.
- Support financial and business oversight through reviewing contracts, cost proposals, and contract amendments.
- Create and maintain project structures, including project frameworks and work breakdown structures that guide execution.
- Develop and document key business processes to promote efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Track and manage budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial controls align with project expectations.
- Anticipate budget risks through proactive analysis and recommend practical solutions to keep initiatives on track.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or a relevant field required.
- Experience Required: 2-4 years experience required.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Enterprise application experience is a plus.
