Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with mailing services, product information, and transactions
- Process sales for postage, money orders, and other USPS services
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Weigh, sort, and prepare packages and mail for processing
- Maintain compliance with USPS policies and service standards
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and record keeping
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
