Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with mailing services, product information, and transactions
  • Process sales for postage, money orders, and other USPS services
  • Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Weigh, sort, and prepare packages and mail for processing
  • Maintain compliance with USPS policies and service standards

Required Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
  • Basic computer skills for processing transactions and record keeping
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
