Job Description

Position Overview

Member Services Liaison – Full Time (Bench) in Anaheim, CA. This hourly non‑union role is responsible for delivering outstanding service to Disney Vacation Club® Members and Guests in our member‑only lounges and at member‑only events. The Liaison works in collaboration with Operations Leadership, Sales, Parks, and Resort partners, focusing on safety while creating magical Guest Service experiences and showcasing the broad range of offerings available across our Parks and Resorts. The role offers attractive Compensation of $25.00 to $26.65 per hour and is based in our Theme Parks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Member Services as part of the overall Disney Vacation Club® Team.
  • Provide a comprehensive range of services to Members and Guests in our Lounge spaces, including food and beverage delivery, assistance with My Disney Experience planning, general park knowledge, and various Membership management requests.
  • Cultivate and maintain professional, personalized relationships with Disney Vacation Club® Members.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to fluctuating operational needs and guest requests.
  • Embody Diversity & Inclusion initiatives by fostering an environment where everyone feels included and comfortable.
  • Perform physical tasks including prolonged walking, standing, heavy lifting (up to 55 lbs), pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling.
  • Handle chemicals and cleaning supplies safely, following established MSDS protocols.
  • Follow Disneyland Resort and State Food Safety regulations, including cleaning and sanitizing beverage machines and parts, proper snack storage, and ensuring overall lounge cleanliness.

Required Qualifications

  • A personal cell phone is required for two‑factor authentication.
  • Minimum two (2) years of Guest Service experience.
  • Knowledge of Disney Vacation Club® Resorts and Amenities, as well as Disney Parks and Resorts properties, experiences, and products.
  • Affinity for opportunities to be of service to others.
  • Ability to develop relationships across all organizational levels and build partnerships across various lines of business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage conflict resolution and make balanced decisions with integrity and resourcefulness.
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions, operating in a Windows environment and using various technologies.
  • Strong organization, planning, and follow‑through skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a group in a fast‑paced environment with versatile assignment adaptation.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and call‑in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with applications such as AMI/DBS, Connect Smart, A la Carte, Passport, Horizon, My Disney Experience®, and Guest Service Suite.
  • Basic Food Safety Certification.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, English, Japanese, Portuguese, and French.
