Job Description
A company is looking for an IT Technician (Remote - CST).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 support for all end users both remotely and in person
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to various operating systems and software
- Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees globally
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting end users both in-person and remotely, preferably at a SaaS company
- Experience with IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, or Ping Identity
- Significant experience providing software support to Windows and macOS users
- Background in IT support within a startup or SaaS environment
- Practical understanding of networking and troubleshooting wireless networks
