A company is looking for a ServiceNow Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and service requests from Tier 1 support
  • Analyze and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues, providing root cause analysis and solution recommendations
  • Create and update knowledge articles for recurring issues to enhance support efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Label: Bachelor's Degree or higher, or 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for education
  • Label: Strong knowledge of Jira, and ServiceNow Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management modules
  • Label: Basic understanding of ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and customizations
  • Label: Proficiency in using ServiceNow's reporting tools
  • Label: Ability to quickly assess, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with clear documentation
