Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to our clients (or, as we call them, our guests) and internal teams.
• Generate client reports.
• Promptly and efficiently handle client issues.
• Manage client expectations and communication.
• Research and apply online trends.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Google search engine, SEO, and social media.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively – written / verbal.
• Have a strong work ethic, with the ability to work unsupervised and independently.
