As the Manager, Data Analytics and Delivery, you will lead a team of data analysts and report developers in designing, developing, and supporting reporting solutions that enhance day-to-day operations and patient care. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and participate in the design, implementation, testing, improvement, and documentation of reports.
  • Manage EIS capital and operating budgets as assigned.
  • Provide strategic leadership and expertise in report development technologies including SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or SAS.
  • Scan, evaluate, select, and integrate new technology solutions for enhanced reporting.
  • Facilitate an efficient intake and governance process for report requests while advising customers and acting as an escalation point.
  • Implement performance measurement systems to monitor customer engagement and team efficiency.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams for requirements definition, vendor selection, and system implementation.
  • Enforce the CSHS technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development.
  • Engage in EIS informatics teaching, research, and publishing initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, personnel actions, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
  • Supervise the day-to-day work of team members to ensure tasks are completed and expectations met.

Required Qualifications

  • Five (5)+ years of experience with information systems in a sophisticated, multi-platform healthcare environment.
  • Proven SQL programming skills with experience in Tableau dashboard development and administration, emphasizing visualization, efficiency, and automation.
  • Three (3)+ years of management/supervisor experience in a Healthcare IT team.
  • Two (2)+ years of Epic report development experience.
  • Experience with Physician Billing, Epic Tapestry, AP Claims, and Population Health is highly desired.
  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Epic Certification (Clarity, Reporting, and/or RWB) is preferred.
