Sales Rep - Part Time - Flexible Work

Position Overview

Vector Marketing is filling immediate sales positions. Primary responsibilities include working with customers, selling our Cutco products, and processing orders. The position offers a base pay with the opportunity to earn more through commission – an important aspect of your compensation. Previous experience is not required, and we provide flexible schedules to help you earn extra income around your current commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Compensation: Excellent pay – $30.00 base appointment with commissions available based on performance.
• Product: Sell Cutco products used in kitchens and for outdoor tools, with no prior product knowledge required.
• Solid Training: Receive comprehensive training before starting and continued support throughout your tenure.
• Location: Begin with a virtual interview and, following training, work locally with in-office meetings.
• Flexible Scheduling: Set a work schedule that suits your lifestyle—whether part time or more extensive.
• Advancement: Long-term reps enjoy multiple paths to progress into management or professional sales roles.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people.
• At least 18 years old or 17 and a high school graduate.
• Able to start within the next 7–10 days.
• Willing to learn and apply new skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, fast food, cashier work, call centers, administrative roles, customer service, or related fields.
• A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment in working with people.
