Position Overview

Location: Mahopac

To be eligible to enlist in the U.S. Navy, candidates must be between the ages of 18-34. The Navy is seeking dedicated professionals for specialized roles including Information Systems Technician, Cryptologic Technician Networks, and Intelligence Specialist. As an Information Systems Technician, you will ensure that complex networked computer systems are designed, maintained, and restored when issues occur. As a Cryptologic Technician Networks, you will perform offensive and defensive cyber operations to protect communications and data. In the Intelligence Specialist role, you will collect and analyze critical intelligence to support mission readiness.

These roles require service in diverse environments—from stateside shore commands to overseas assignments aboard surface ships, aircraft, and submarines—and offer part-time opportunities for Navy Reserve Sailors. This opportunity is within the Government & Military industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that networked computer systems and related communication technologies are designed, monitored, and maintained effectively.
  • Perform offensive and defensive cyber operations to safeguard sensitive data and communications.
  • Collect, analyze, and brief intelligence information to support mission-critical decisions.
  • Adapt to varied work environments, ranging from shore commands to onboard ships and submarines, and manage part-time Reserve duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
