Entry-Level Traveling Leasing Specialist

Position Overview

As a Traveling Leasing Specialist with CLASS, you will travel nationwide to help apartment communities boost occupancy and enhance marketing strategies. You will work with property owners across the United States, leasing apartments during 35‑45 day assignments and then enjoying a two‑week paid break between assignments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine travel and professional growth in the multi‑family housing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide and work on-site at various apartment communities for 35‑45 days per assignment.
• Assist property owners in developing and implementing leasing and marketing plans.
• Conduct property tours and lease apartments, while walking up to 3 miles per day.
• Participate in a robust training program to gain sales and marketing skills applicable in any property setting.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to travel 30‑50 days at a time.
• Capable of conducting tours and walking up to 3 miles per day.
• No prior experience in leasing or real estate needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
