Position Overview
Four Seasons, a world‑class luxury hospitality brand, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support its Marketing, PR, Digital, and Sales teams at its iconic St. Louis location along the Mississippi. This role is integral in coordinating campaigns, managing media and social platforms, and providing essential administrative support—all while upholding the brand’s exceptional service and employee culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to Marketing and PR teams; coordinate campaigns, schedule media visits, and manage property tours.
- Assist with digital initiatives including managing social media content calendars, drafting posts, and supporting paid advertising campaigns.
- Offer comprehensive Sales Team support through scheduling, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth client communication.
- Coordinate on‑property activities such as site inspections, FAM trips, and client visits while managing high volumes of inquiries.
- Support reporting, event logistics for trade shows and sales travel, and uphold Four Seasons’ high service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and aptitude for hotel systems and digital platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, media partners, and clients.
- Capability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and consistently maintain brand standards.
