In this role – Senior Process Associate, Entry Level Support Technician, Aerospace – you will join a global team to assist airlines in resolving critical issues such as Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, troubleshooting engine systems, and coordinating parts and tooling support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7/365 technical, logistics, and diagnostics support to both internal and external customers.
- Deliver aircraft on ground (AOG) coverage to help return aircraft to revenue service.
- Analyze and interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and repair procedures.
- Troubleshoot tooling, support equipment questions, and engine systems issues.
- Process customer requests and assign them to appropriate subject matter experts.
- Provide AOG parts availability, quotations, and coordinate orders with the Distribution Center.
- Monitor phone lines and direct customer inquiries to the proper teams or departments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent PC skills with proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and Excel.
- Must be available to work weekends and 2nd shift as needed.
- Certifications / Education / Experience:
- 2-year technical/associate degree or preference for mechanical/aerospace-related study.
- A&P Certification is preferred; alternatively, relevant experience in military aircraft maintenance is acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Aerospace/Airline operations.
- General understanding of gas turbine systems and operating principles.
