Position Overview
The Walmart US eCommerce team builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily connect with Walmart’s customers worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team at Walmart Marketplace as the Sr. Manager of Marketing Strategy. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Business teams to set the vision for expanding Walmart Marketplace globally while helping sellers increase sales and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to increase customer acquisition, retention, and overall market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, including launches, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and optimize strategies continuously.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to optimize ROI and ensure cost-efficient use of resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Business, Strategy, Analytics, and Product teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Retail Analytics, Digital Analytics or eCommerce Analytics.
- Prior experience managing full funnel campaigns across channels (e.g., social media, influencer, out of home).
- Prior supervisory experience within marketing.
- Experience partnering with creative, operations, product, and analytics teams.
- Strong organizational skills, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to lead projects independently.
- Minimum Academic Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

- Compensation Details: Bellevue, WA: $96,000.00-$186,000.00; Sunnyvale, CA: $104,000.00-$202,000.00.
- Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses with the potential for Stock awards.
