Position Overview
Brex is an AI-powered spend platform that empowers companies to manage spend with confidence. As an Account Executive, you will engage with founders, C-suite executives, and finance leaders to drive net-new revenue and grow the Brex brand in a competitive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Close net new business with a focus on professionally funded companies.
- Become a trusted account advisor by managing accounts and executing strategic outbound sales.
- Engage with businesses throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, onboarding, and closing.
- Develop strategic plans to close more companies and generate additional revenue.
- Focus on self-development with daily training and enablement.
- Collaborate with Startup Ambassadors to secure referrals.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ months of Outbound B2B SaaS Sales experience.
- Proven ability to engage with C-suite executive decision makers.
- Experience in meeting or exceeding quotas while ranking consistently in the top 10%.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university.

- Compensation: Expected OTE range of $108,028 - $135,035, which includes base salary and commissions. Additional compensation such as equity may be provided based on factors like location, skills, and experience.
- Hybrid work environment: This role is based in our New York City office (minimum 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday) with up to 4 weeks per year of remote work.
