Position Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ customers receive top-notch support. In this role you will deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot product issues, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with teammates to continuously enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance
- Troubleshooting product and service issues to find optimal solutions
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Staying up to date on client products, services, and policies
- Collaborating with teammates and sharing feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Must be located within the United States
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English
- Reliable Internet connection and computer
- A positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
