Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented AEC marketing professional to join our sales enablement team and support our award-winning architects, interior designers, and engineers. In this hybrid role, based in Jacksonville, FL, Orlando, FL, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, or Charlotte, NC, you will take on senior-level responsibilities for large, complex, and high-stakes projects. Your advanced critical thinking, creative storytelling, and technical precision will drive innovative solutions that directly influence pursuit outcomes and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with pursuit managers to lead cross-functional teams—including business leaders, architects, interior designers, engineers, and business developers—in developing and executing sophisticated capture management plans and winning strategies.
  • Proposal and Presentation Leadership: Oversee and coordinate RFQ/RFP responses for multiple large-scale projects, integrating advanced strategies into deliverables and facilitating meetings that drive strategic thinking and broad buy-in.
  • Advanced Content Development and Quality Management: Translate highly technical concepts into impactful, client-focused messaging while ensuring compliance and synthesizing complex information into compelling content.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor early career professionals and guide new pursuit managers through the sales and proposal process by sharing best practices and strategic insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field with 10 years of progressive experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Deep expertise in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, with the ability to independently collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to deliver effective sales enablement support.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings that connect diverse perspectives and transform complex ideas into actionable plans.
  • Strong self-direction, accountability, and a track record of delivering high-quality work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Advanced strategic thinking, critical analysis, and creative problem-solving skills for developing and refining pursuit and proposal strategies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in maintaining proposal content, client data, and up-to-date pursuit records within CRM and other enterprise databases.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with advanced interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products, including Adobe InDesign and Acrobat.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and/or other industry-specific certifications.

  • Competitive Compensation: Hiring Salary Range of $97,000 - $120,000 for Denver, CO (final compensation commensurate with experience and location).
