This role is 100% commission-based with our compensation structure designed to reward performance generously. Top-performing team members routinely earn $5,000-$12,000 per week, with many exceeding six figures in their first few months.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face, educating them on the benefits of switching to solar.
• Set qualified appointments for solar consultations.
• Work outdoors 6 days per week in assigned territories.
• Receive ongoing training in sales, communication, and personal development.

Required Qualifications

• Competitive, driven, energetic, and coachable.
• No prior sales experience required.
• Willingness to relocate full-time to Florida.
