Position Overview

This is a Full Remote opportunity available from United States, New Jersey (USA). Longbridge Financial, LLC is an innovative firm committed to helping senior homeowners reshape their financial future. We are gearing up our hiring efforts for a May 5th class and are looking for top licensed retail loan officers to join our team. Licensed Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers at LBF receive company-provided qualified leads – withno self-sourcingor cold calling required.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and clearly to clients when explaining reverse mortgages.
• Use company-developed leads to call prospective clients, introduce LBF and the reverse mortgage concept, and qualify them for a counseling session and application.
• Collect necessary information from clients as appropriate and allowed, originate Reverse Mortgages, complete required paperwork, and ensure excellent customer service and follow-up while partnering with internal operations to produce clean files.
• Explain over the phone how to complete applications, ensuring all paperwork and signatures are collected timely and accurately.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of all customer activity within our CRM Velocify.
• Use computer systems proficiently.
• Maintain licensing requirements.
