Key Responsibilities
- Lead and build high-performing, diverse teams through talent development, inclusive hiring, and career coaching.
- Drive digital transformation and sales execution for Microsoft’s Cloud & AI business by managing forecasting, pipeline development, and strategic planning.
- Champion a business value selling approach and guide the team to drive impactful customer engagements and solution sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner ecosystems to orchestrate opportunities, expand relationships, and influence strategic outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence by staying ahead of market trends and emerging Cloud & AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field AND 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 11+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field AND 10+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years or 15+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
- 10+ years of services sales or account management experience.
- 7+ years of people management experience.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: For Digital Solution Area Specialists M6, the typical base pay range across the U.S. is USD $76.15 - $116.83 per hour. In select locations such as the San Francisco Bay area and the New York City metropolitan area, the range is USD $98.03 - $127.45 per hour.
