Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the teammate lifecycle by focusing on benefits administration, compensation support, leave of absence coordination, and general teammate support while working closely with Payroll, Recruiting, and HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Benefits & Leave Administration: Administer benefit programs (health, dental, vision, life, HSA/FSA, wellness initiatives); support open enrollment, vendor coordination, and teammate education; manage leave programs (FMLA, ADA, personal, parental) in coordination with Payroll and HRBPs.
- Compensation & Data Support: Assist with job benchmarking and compensation reviews; maintain and audit job descriptions and pay structures; support annual merit and bonus processes.
- HR Operations & Teammate Support: Respond to teammate inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and systems; maintain HR documentation and files for compliance; partner with Payroll on status changes and terminations.
- Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to employment laws; identify opportunities to improve processes; support the implementation of new policies and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of HR experience with hands-on work in benefits, payroll coordination, or generalist responsibilities
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs
- Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, Paycom, ADP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
