Entry-Level Marketing Assistant

Position Overview

AllTech Services, a recognized industry leader in HVAC and plumbing solutions serving Northern Virginia for over two decades, is expanding its digital marketing presence. We are looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing & Communications team in Sterling, VA, reporting to the Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and print materials
• Assist with growing and managing our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Support video production and post content to our fast-growing YouTube channel
• Organize marketing calendars and campaign timelines
• Coordinate promotional materials and support community outreach efforts
• Help track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, engagement, traffic, etc.)
• Collaborate with recruiting and service teams to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and customer success stories
• Bring new ideas to the table and help us move fast without losing our personality

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite, or other video editing software (or a strong willingness to learn)
• Interest or background in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships count!)
