Position Overview

ForgeFit, a trusted provider of premium fitness equipment for gyms, studios, and training facilities nationwide, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist. In this full-time, remote (U.S. based) role, you will be the voice of ForgeFit, ensuring that every customer interaction – from order and inquiry to installation – is handled with efficiency, care, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
  • Assist customers with orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with fulfillment, sales, and service teams to quickly track and resolve issues
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM
  • Proactively follow up on customer needs and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ForgeFit's product lines and service policies

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using CRM or support tools
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
  • Interest in fitness or familiarity with gym equipment is a plus
