Job Description

Position Overview

NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta and a global leader in the ATM industry, is seeking a Field Service Technician I for our Dallas/Fort Worth, TX operations. In this role, you will represent the NCR Atleos brand as the first point of contact at customer locations. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ATMs while ensuring excellent customer communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response at customer locations.
  • Safety: Follow established Safety and Security Procedures (learned on Day 1) when working on ATMs.
  • Complete NCR Atleos-specific Training and Certifications using our training website.
  • Diagnose problems using error logs from ATMs and information from the service app on a company-provided cell phone.
  • Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs in various environments.
  • Accurately report work details, including call closure, parts inventory updates, hours worked, and miles driven.

Required Qualifications

  • Residence in the specified geographic area.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements and access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company-provided).
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Capability to lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Compliance with minimum insurance coverage: Bodily Injury Liability (minimum $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident) and Property Damage Liability (minimum $100,000 per accident).

Preferred Qualifications

  • An associate degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment is preferred.
