Regional Director of Sales & Marketing

In the role of Regional Director of Sales & Marketing (RDSM) for the Philadelphia Metro Area, you will drive sales and marketing support across communities, attract and retain top talent, and uphold the beloved Sunrise culture.

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• At least 5 years of sales management experience or related experience in healthcare and multi-site operations
• Supervisory and management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations oversight
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to link information to actionable results
• Ability to travel within the region and handle multiple priorities with effective delegation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to facilitate group presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications with the aptitude to learn new systems
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours during peak service times
