Position Overview

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency for B2B companies using its proprietary Customer Generation methodology that focuses on SQLs and Customers. In the role of Demand Generation Manager, you will own performance marketing for a select portfolio of SMB clients by crafting data-driven strategies across Paid Media, SEO/Content, and CRO while interfacing with clients and pitching innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Own the success of SMB clients across multiple marketing channels
• Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy
• Project manage and organize a portfolio of no more than seven accounts
• Build strong relationships with client points of contact
• Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO
• Interface with customers, pitch strategic ideas, and ensure campaign results exceed targets

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Exceptional strategic thinking as a truly T-shaped marketer
• World-class project management skills with proven ability to deliver results
• Availability to travel

• Compensation: Annual base salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 USD with potential bonus eligibility.
