In this role as a Data Consultant/Advanced Data Analyst, you will utilize your technical expertise to develop complex reports, analyze company and client-specific data, and provide crucial insights that support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complex reports and analyze company data—including corporate and client-specific information—to support forecasting and benchmarking.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and interactive visualizations, including DAX calculations and data transformations.
- Create, optimize, and document Snowflake data models, ensuring scalable, efficient, and secure analytics workloads.
- Provide technical oversight, guidance, and training to client-dedicated analysts and colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.
- Communicate data findings to senior management and clients, supporting strategic decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional functions as assigned, support the organization’s quality programs, and travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university (preferred; Computer Science courses are a plus).
- Experience Required: Six (6) years of related experience or an equivalent combination, with experience in an insurance-related field and statistical analysis strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Snowflake, with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of risk management information systems and advanced data reporting techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dataiku is a plus.

- Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 starting pay range (actual compensation influenced by skill set, experience, and location).
