Associate Director, Technical SEO

Position Overview

We are Brainlabs, a culture-first, high‐performance media agency on a mission to become the world’s biggest and best independent media agency. In this full‐time role within our SEO Practice and reporting to the Senior Director, SEO, you will act as a technical SEO practitioner to shape and oversee the delivery of client work. Based in Denver, Colorado | Dallas, Texas | Los Angeles, California, you’ll work with superteams, leverage data, and drive innovation while ensuring that our work meets robust client-centric KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your technical SEO expertise to deliver recommendations that outperform client KPIs on-time.
• Audit, develop, and implement strategies in line with enterprise and client standards.
• Lead the creation of the technical SEO roadmap for large enterprise clients and prepare presentations for stakeholder buy-in.
• Serve as the technical SEO expert and escalation point to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor team members across the practice to grow overall capability and knowledge.
• Manage travel requirements as needed, discussing specifics during the offer process.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong technical SEO delivery experience.
• Proven success in optimizing technical SEO through automation, process improvements, and technology adoption.
• A solid understanding of channel integration and optimization.
• A confident, dynamic, and engaging communicator with a passion for continuous learning and quality work.
• Excellent presentation abilities along with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong process orientation.
