Our client is looking for a visionary Brand Manager to lead the strategy and execution for a portfolio of premium beverage brands based in Seattle, Washington, US. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing market share, and enhancing brand equity through innovative marketing initiatives. You will oversee all aspects of brand management, from product positioning and marketing communications to P&L management and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FMCG sector, particularly in premium beverages, with a proven ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies that resonate with target consumers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and long-term brand plans, including marketing objectives, strategies, and budgets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (advertising, digital, PR, in-store).
- Manage brand P&L, ensuring profitability and achievement of financial targets.
- Collaborate closely with sales, R&D, supply chain, and agency partners to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Develop compelling brand positioning and messaging that differentiates brands in the market.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and provide regular reports on key KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new product development opportunities to expand the brand portfolio.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve brand goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of brand management experience within the FMCG industry, with a focus on beverages or premium consumer goods.
- Success: Demonstrated success in developing and launching new products and marketing campaigns.
- Understanding: Strong understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, and financial management.
- Skills: Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
