Design Studio Spc / Home Stylist

Position Overview

As a Design Studio Specialist, you will inspire customers to express themselves in their home while driving sales by assisting at the cash wrap and providing in‐store and in‐home design consultations. You will create engaging experiences that connect customers with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with one-on-one consultations both in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Perform accurate measurements and assessments during in-home consultations.
• Create and present design plans based on clients’ needs, style, and living space.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales and promotions to exceed goals.
• Provide exemplary service by assisting with gift wrap, gift registry, special orders, and other client needs.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge of the entire design studio assortment.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred).
• Must be mobile on the sales floor and able to lift up to 75 lbs using proper techniques.
• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Strong communication, clienteling, and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the elements of design.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
