About The Role: The Global Performance Marketing Manager will define the global blueprint for B2B growth through strategic channel leadership and AI-driven marketing excellence. You will partner with regional marketing leads, product marketing, analytics, and revenue teams to design scalable frameworks, operating models, and investment strategies across paid media, SEM, paid social, and emerging digital channels.
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring presence in our San Francisco office 3 days per week.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
Compensation: $114,200—$142,700 USD
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic, focusing on B2B pipeline generation.
- Lead quarterly planning cycles, including budget forecasting, scenario modeling, and determining investment trade-offs tied directly to revenue and LTV:CAC goals.
- Integrate AI tools to accelerate marketing asset production, personalization, and conversion optimization globally; develop and execute standardized testing methodologies for channels and content.
- Serve as the strategic liaison across Marketing Leadership, Regional Teams, Sales, and RevOps to align on priorities, metrics, and efficiency targets.
- Own standardized reporting, synthesize global campaign learnings, and develop playbooks to ensure consistency and scale across all markets.
- Manage the performance of global digital campaigns via paid channels (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic) to optimize pipeline goals.
- Partner with regional teams to localize global frameworks into market-specific plans and lead quarterly budget forecasting alongside investment allocation modeling.
- Drive incrementality testing strategies with Analytics and lead the AI strategy for content personalization and asset production workflows.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align messaging and conversion insights, particularly on target account engagement strategies.
- Develop standardized playbooks and reporting templates to drive operational excellence and champion continuous improvement through experimentation and automation tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing with strategic contributions to multi-channel global acquisition programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Expertise and proven success in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline growth and improving marketing efficiency (e.g., LTV:CAC).
- Hands-on experience with CRM/BI systems (e.g., SFDC, Looker/Tableau, Marketo).
- Expertise in paid search, paid social (especially LinkedIn), and display advertising with deep familiarity with ABM tools and techniques.
- Direct experience leveraging AI tools to enhance performance marketing workflows.
- Strong analytical acumen with experience in advanced measurement and experimentation frameworks.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

- Capacity to set a broader strategic direction and foster cohesion across diverse marketing teams and regional leads.
- Familiarity with AI-first growth marketing strategies and experience implementing scalable solutions.
