Junior Web and App Developer

Position Overview

This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Junior Web & App Developer. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our digital platforms while gaining valuable hands-on experience in web and app development as well as performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development: Assist in building and maintaining company websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• App Development: Contribute to the development of mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor website and app performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting optimizations.
• Data Tracking: Implement tracking systems to measure user engagement and conversion rates.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of websites and apps to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with at least one mobile app development platform (iOS, Android).
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with popular web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Knowledge of backend development (Node.js, Python, Ruby).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
