Compensation: $18.75/Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Promotions within six months of working with us with an opportunity to increase your hourly wage, along with potential performance bonuses up to $6,400 in your first year and an annual $9,100 bonus thereafter.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in field technician roles with an emphasis on smart home technology and customer service.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide top-notch service.
- Ability to thrive in physically demanding environments; must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, at different heights, and handling heavy equipment.
- Must meet company safety standards, including a clean driving record (no DUIs) and possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed based on business requirements, which may include occasional overnight stays.
