Position Overview

At Campaignium, we’re looking for a Senior Advertising Specialist to take our marketing efforts to the next level. In this role, you’ll lead strategic advertising initiatives across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon, and more, ensuring our brand reaches the right audience at the right time. With a sharp eye for data and a creative mindset, you’ll play a key role in shaping our advertising strategy, optimizing performance, and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement online advertising (search, display, video, social, geofencing, and more) campaigns for numerous service-based and eCommerce-based clients
  • Perform occasional keyword research for campaigns, as needed
  • Write advertising copy as needed (or collaborate with the Content Team)
  • Review, analyze, and audit campaigns to meet goals and ensure successful outcomes
  • Optimize campaigns in a timely fashion
  • Troubleshoot technical, tracking, or performance issues
  • Monitor budgets by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaign data
  • Participate in client meetings to present reports and discover growth opportunities
  • Provide technical support to sales and the creative team
  • Research and report on advertising platform updates and new functionality
  • Stay current with certifications, new features, and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve advertising goals and deliverables
  • Work with the Ad Team Manager to grow customer relationships, enhance advertising services, and develop new revenue streams
  • Inspire and mentor team members with clear guidance, problem solving, and client management skills
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills

  • Ability to handle large volumes of data, campaigns, and clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project management or client campaign management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or an equivalent field
  • 3+ years of online advertising experience
  • 2+ years of agency-side experience working with multiple clients
  • 2+ years of experience working with e-commerce clients
  • Certification in Google Ads (Measurement, Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Google Analytics is a plus
