Automotive Designer EU / USA

Position Overview

Join our innovative team as an Automotive Designer operating in the EU and USA markets. You will play a pivotal role in transforming design visions into reality – from initial sketches through concept modeling to A-class surfacing – while collaborating closely with suppliers and the prototyping team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take part in projects from initial sketch through concept modeling to A-class surfacing.
• Balance design vision with engineering and manufacturing constraints.
• Work across all aspects of automotive design.
• Collaborate with suppliers and the prototyping team to ensure craftsmanship, cost efficiency, and feasibility.
• Report to the Chief Designer.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Transportation Design or a related field.
• Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in automotive design.
• Excellent sketching skills with a solid understanding of the 3D CAD process.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Required portfolio submission in PDF format showcasing automotive designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Nice to have: Experience with Blender, Photoshop, and VRED.
• Strong presentation skills.
