Your Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop and mobile computing issues for the State of New York.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all desktop and mobile computing systems for the organization.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for technical problems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide timely updates on issue resolution.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's desktop and mobile computing systems.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the optimal performance of all desktop and mobile computing systems.
- Train and support end users on how to properly use desktop and mobile computing systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for desktop and mobile computing systems, including troubleshooting procedures and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in desktop and mobile computing to contribute to the organization's overall technology strategy.
- Utilize project management skills to plan and execute large-scale desktop and mobile computing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to technology and security.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving processes and procedures related to desktop and mobile computing.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with end users.
