Position Overview
The Marketing & Communications Analyst role is based in New York City with a start date in Early September 2025 (immediate hire preferred). Compensation: Base salary $85,000–$90,000; total compensation up to $100,000 (including bonus). This international investment firm manages over $19 billion in assets across multiple strategies including private equity, growth equity, and secondaries, and is known for its purpose-driven investment philosophy and collaborative culture. The New York office houses approximately 80 professionals.
In this front-facing, high-autonomy role, you will join a lean but high-impact marketing team, working closely with investment professionals and senior stakeholders across six investment teams. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications in the UK, you will support strategic communications and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including presentations, fact sheets, one-pagers, and annual reports.
- Draft press releases, submissions, and announcements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and manage content across digital channels (web and social media) and track performance metrics for reporting and optimization.
- Support execution of thought leadership initiatives such as speaking engagements, panel preparation, and conference content.
- Assist with internal communications, including updating the intranet and implementing employee engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate logistics and provide communications support for events, including annual general meetings and portfolio summits.
- Partner with Investor Relations teams to ensure message consistency across LP-facing materials.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (experience in private equity, investment banking, or professional services is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong writing and editing skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Meltwater, or Constant Contact is advantageous.
- Independent, self-starter, and confident communicator, comfortable working autonomously and engaging with senior stakeholders.
