Job Description
A company is looking for a Call Center Financial Clearance Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain accurate financial and demographic information during Pre-Registration for patient accounts
- Utilize Passport for address verification
- Maintain knowledge and application of all admission processes and procedures for patients in reservation status
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a healthcare field, customer service, telemarketing, or call center environment
- Working knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferred)
- CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (preferred)
