Job Description

A company is looking for a Call Center Financial Clearance Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain accurate financial and demographic information during Pre-Registration for patient accounts
  • Utilize Passport for address verification
  • Maintain knowledge and application of all admission processes and procedures for patients in reservation status

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare field, customer service, telemarketing, or call center environment
  • Working knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferred)
  • CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (preferred)
