Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade & Customs Compliance Assistant to support basic customs and logistics-related tasks. This role focuses on data entry, verification of standard customs documents, and assisting with routine administrative work to support international shipment operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, bilingual in Korean and English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically active role that requires frequent lifting, equipment handling, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Job Duties

  • • Perform data entry related to shipping and customs documentation
  • • Review standard customs documents for completeness and accuracy
  • • Assist with preliminary review and tracking of basic disputes or discrepancies
  • • Support billing and invoice data entry related to international shipments
  • • Track shipment status and update delivery information as needed
  • • Maintain organized records of shipping, product, and customs-related data
  • • Provide general administrative support to the logistics team

Skills

  • • Proficient in Google Suite
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • • 0-2 years of experience in logistics or a shipping warehouse environment preferred
  • • Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking, writing, and advanced understanding skills
  • • The role requires frequent lifting and carrying of 20-40 lbs (9-18 kg), and occasionally up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
  • • The role requires moving heavy carts, pallets, or equipment
  • • The role requires the operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, wave, or scanning devices
  • • The role requires occasional driving
  • • Employees are required to wear safety equipment such as gloves, safety vests, and back support
  • • U.S. work authorization required

Work Hours

  • • 8 AM – 5 PM
  • • Monday – Friday
